$900 per week for a small 1 Bedroom to $5000 per week for a
luxury waterfront home (summer rates).
Our winter season is
from September 15 to June 15 and prices drop considerably.
Some people prefer the winter season as weather is still
enjoyable, especially if you're fleeing the snow!!
Balboa Island still
retains the charm and ambience that people treasure in their
memories. The "natives" are friendly, the shops are
exceptional, and the bay is at your doorstep. Bring your
tennis shoes as everyone walks around the island. Don't
forget the "Little Island" too which is accessible over the
bridge.
